Hi Piotrkowska 155, a multifunctional office and service complex which is being constructed in the centre of Łódź, has reached another milestone. The works have begun on the second floor of the office tower. The hotel and the small office building have the last floor. The planned completion date of the complex is the first quarter of 2020.
‘The construction works on all the buildings of the complex are going on according to plan. Currently, we are building walls on the second floor of the office tower and boarding a ceiling above the first floor. We erected practically the entire structure of the hotel and a small office building. On both buildings we started to build walls, pillars and the ceiling of the last floor. From both Piotrkowska Street and Mickiewicza Avenue we can see that the complex is rising’, says Jacek Pilarczyk, Project Manager at Master Management Group.
Hi Piotrkowska 155 complex is made up of three buildings: a 19-storey office building integrated with a 7-storey hotel and a 5-storey office building. The Hampton by Hilton hotel will offer 149 rooms. The two other buildings (19 and 5 storeys) will have A+ class office space of 21,000 sqm. and 4,000 sqm. of commercial space. The hotel and the tallest office building in Łódź will sit on a common floor plate of 2,000 sqm. with shops, cafes and restaurants on the ground floor and medical and fitness centers above. Hi complex is being developed nearby an interchange station, commonly known as “unicorn stable”. It provides the comfort of access to municipal transport (12 tram lines and 6 bus lines) and is used by up to 50,000 people every day.
