Hi Piotrkowska is a mixed use office and service complex in the very centre of Łódź, next to the Piotrkowska Centrum interchange. The project includes two buildings offering 21,000 sq m of class A+ offices, as well as 5,000 sq m for retail and service space. The landmark building of the complex is a 20-story office tower, which has already become the tallest office building in Łódź. The tower was chosen as the main office for PKO Bank Polski Branch no 1 in Łódź and it is also the new location for New Work, which provides flexible workspace and a conference center. The second, five-story office building connects with the frontage of the city’s main street – ul. Piotrkowska and provides intimate office space, as well as a coffee house on the ground floor. One of the greatest strengths of the project is its excellent location. It takes only half an hour to get to the A1 and A2 highways as well as the S8 and S14 expressways. Hi Piotrkowska achieved BREEAM certificate for Post Construction Stage at the ‘Excellent’ level.
