Forest Park Outlet will be the first outlet center in Poland designed in the style of outlet villages, highly popular in Western Europe. The first phase of the construction is approximately 16 000 sq m of GLA, and with the second phase the total area will increase up to 30 000 sq m. Tenants will include well-known fashion brands and top premium brands. There will also be sports, footwear and interior furnishing shops. The facility will have a large and convenient car park offering 970 parking spaces and 20 parking spaces for coaches. It is estimated that 3 220 000 inhabitants live within a 90 minute drive from the outlet and 950 000 inhabitants live within a 30 minute drive. Forest Park Outlet will be located in the village of Łomna, municipality of Łomianki – northern suburbs, 22 kilometres from Warsaw. The location borders with national road No 7, a major exit road out of Warsaw to the northern direction, towards Gdańsk. Planned reconstruction of National road No. 7 into S7 will be favorable for the outlet and will connect the plot with the beltway, which in 2024 will entirely surround Warsaw. The new infrastructure will provide convenient connection between Warsaw and the Tri-city agglomeration, as well as Mazury region.
