Komfort Łazienki brand expands its presence in MMG Centers Szczecin. The tenant appreciated the potential of the MMG retail park and extended the lease agreement. The new, enlarged premises will occupy over 1,500 sq.m and will be the largest showroom of the Komfort Łazienki in Poland.
The Komfort Łazienki store has been operating in MMG Centers Szczecin since November 2016. After one and a half years of operation, the tenant decided to enlarge the premises from the existing 437 sq.m to over 1,500 sq.m. The store will gain a larger arrangement zone and a new, tailor-made to the needs of customers,"stock zone", where the best-selling products will be available from stock.

MMG Centers Szczecin is a regional retail park located in the eastern part of Szczecin, at 31 Struga Street. The facility was built in December 2013 and includes 14,300 sqm of leasable area. Opposite the centre there is a comfortable car park with 450 spaces. The main tenant is the Jula DIY store. In addition, the centre includes such brands as Calypso, Decathlon, Media Markt, Abra Meble, Chinese market and Fun Jump. There are 150,534 customers within easy reach. The park belongs to the portfolio of centres acquired by MMG in 2017, located in Kutno, Ciechanów, Piekary Śląskie, Józefosław, Lubin and Poznań.
