H&M’s branch store at Brama Jury in Zawiercie will have a surface area of 1,723 m2. The Swedish giant has finalised its contract to join one of Master Management Group’s key projects, and its store will be located on the ground floor of the centre.
“We are glad that H&M has chosen Brama Jury. This will be the chain’s first store in Zawiercie, and it will be a major tenant in our project’s fashion zone. For us, this also confirms that the Master Management Group retail centre project in Zawiercie has the potential to become an attractive site for top brands to develop their business in Poland,” says Anita Petrus, Senior Leasing Manager with Master Management Group. “Thanks to our cooperation, the residents of Zawiercie and the surrounding area will have access to world trends and high-quality clothing at the best prices,” she adds.
Brama Jury will be Zawiercie’s first modern retail and service centre to host a four-screen Planet Cinema. Its 15,000 m2 of retail space will house 50 top-brand fashion, sport, footwear, and other stores, as well as a supermarket, an electronic goods outlet, home furnishing retailers, and numerous service points. Apart from H&M, the first tenants will also include Media Expert, Telakces and Planet Cinema.
The centre’s combination of a wide variety of stores plus entertainment facilities will make it a place for the whole family to relax, or for friends to meet up at the cinema, a café, or a restaurant. For the clients’ convenience, Brama Jury will offer solutions to meet a range of needs, including a mother-and-baby room, a play zone, ATMs and Wi-Fi. While shopping, you can wash your car or treat yourself to some cosmetic services. Meeting and shopping in Brama Jury will be a pleasant experience, as all the stores will be located
on one level, and entrance to the centre is directly from the front car park, where around 500 parking spaces will be available for clients.
Brama Jury will be built on the city’s main artery, Wojska Polskiego Street, which will intersect with Zawiercie’s planned western bypass in future. Short distances with good rail and bus connections make Zawiercie an excellent starting point to visit the most attractive parts of the Kraków/Czestochowa Jura region. The area is crisscrossed with hiking and biking trails, including the Eagles’ Nests and Jura Strongholds routes. The city is located at the sources of the Warta and Czarna Przemsza rivers, earning it the name of “Gateway to the Jura” [“Brama Jury”].
The architecture of Master Management Group’s Zawiercie project was designed by LW+Architekci from Warsaw.
