Hi Piotrkowska 155, a multifunctional office, retail and service complex which is being constructed in the centre of Łódź, attracts tenants. Brands, that decided to enter Hi are Starbucks, HEBE drugstore, Just GYM fitness club and Żabka store.
The center of Łódź is going through a metamorphosis. One of the most interesting projects is Hi Piotrkowska 155, a mixed use complex being developed by Master Management Group. Construction on the project is progressing according to schedule, and completion is planned for Q1 of 2020. More than 50% of retail space offered in the building was already leased.
- “Office space, services and a hotel situated in one place is a very interesting concept, and attracts demand from tenants. I am therefore convinced that the service mix offered by Hi Piotrkowska 155 will be a factor in the further revitalization of this part of the city” said Adam Pustelnik, acting Director of the Investor and Foreign Relations Department, Łódź City Authority.
- “We are striving to make Hi Piotrkowska 155 not only enrich the office space in the centre of Łódź, but also to develop the trade and services in the city. Another tenant has now leased space in our flagship investment project, which demonstrates the great potential of this location. We have done plenty of research and we can see the strong demand for mixed – use projects that provide a wide variety of services. Fitness clubs, gyms and grocery stores are facilities that are widely expected in a modern office today. Employees also want to see health and beauty services too. We are achieving our targets, since we have signed lease agreements with HEBE, Starbucks, Żabka and now Just Gym.” - says Anna Polak, Head of Leasing in Master Management Group.
Thanks to the various functions of Hi Piotrkowska 155, which is being built at the intersection of Piotrkowska and Mickiewicza Streets, it will enhance the office, commercial and service offer in the center of Łódź. “We offer 5,000 sq. m of commercial space dedicated for trade and services. Now, we are negotiating lease agreements for restaurants and medical clinic. Other tenants, who decided for cooperation with us are Delikatesy Fabryczne, Nowakowski Bakery and Europejska pharmacy. I am convinced that the tenant mix in Hi Piotrkowska 155 will revive this prestigious part of the city,” added Anna Polak.
The convenient location of the project nearby an interchange station, commonly known as “unicorn stable”, provides the comfort of access to municipal transport (12 tram lines and 6 bus lines). According to the data of the City of Łódź Office, up to 50,000 people use this place every day. The complex also has the potential to drive tourism in the city – one of its tenants is the Hampton by Hilton hotel. At the same time, the location of the Hi Piotrkowska 155 complex in the immediate vicinity of Piotrkowska Street, Europe’s longest shopping avenue, makes the address even more unique. Due to the historic tenement houses in its frontage, the project was agreed with the city's conservation officer.
