‘Hi Piotrkowska is rising. We managed to finish the construction of two out of the three buildings of the complex. The hotel building leased by Hampton by Hilton as well as the small office building on ul. Piotrkowska have been topped off. The construction work is underway on the highest building of the complex. We are building walls on the fifth floor of the office tower and boarding a ceiling above the third floor’, explains Jacek Pilarczyk, Project Manager at Master Management Group.

Hi Piotrkowska 155 is a multifunctional office and service complex being developed in the heart of Łódź. HI Piotrkowska consists of two office buildings and the Hampton by Hilton hotel. The twenty-story, 82m office tower will be the tallest office building in Łódź. The second office building will have five floors and till will be adjacent to the frontage of ul. Piotrkowska. Both buildings will provide a total of 21,000 sqm of A+ class office space and 5,000 sqm of retail and service space. The Hampton Hotel by Hilton will have 7 floors, a restaurant and 149 rooms. The complex is being constructed at the "Piotrkowska Centrum" Transfer Centre, which is used by app. 50,000 people a day.

More than half of the retail and service outlets of the complex are already leased. The brands that decided to open their stores in the Hi Piotrkowska 155 projects are: a Starbucks cafe, a Hebe drugstore, a Just Gym automatic fitness club and a Żabka store. Among the tenants there are also Delikatesy Fabryczne, a bakery and Apteka Europejska. Together with the Hampton by Hilton hotel and medical clinic, the Hi complex will become a perfect place for business development and an attractive shopping point in a prestigious location. The facility's offer will be complemented by retail and service premises with food, health and beauty products. The CBRE and Knight Frank agencies are responsible for the leasing of the office part of the complex.

A business centre in a convenient location

Thanks to the various functions of Hi Piotrkowska 155, which is being built at the intersection of Piotrkowska and Mickiewicza Streets, it will enhance the office, commercial and service offer in the center of Łódź. The complex also has the potential to drive tourism in the city – one of its tenants is the Hampton by Hilton hotel. A great advantage of the project is location.
