So far, Master Management Group has developed, leased and built over half a million square metres of retail space. Brama Jury is to be another centre to offer customers the highest standards where they can fulfil their shopping and service needs. This will be a place for succesful business contracts for well known retail chains and local business and finally it will be a place of employment for over 400 people including sales teams and service and administration companies,” says Paul Kuśmierz, the founder and president of MMG. “This is the result of the work of our team of managers and market experts at Master Management Group for whom success has already become customary as well as of the company’s business partners. Thank you all very much for you work and effort,” adds Paul Kuśmierz.

“Currently, we are at the stage of raising the building’s structure on schedule as specified by our contract. At the height of the building work, we are planning to increase the number of people working to around 150, while we simultaneously start the fitting out and the management of the grounds. Drawing on our experience of constructing commercial centres, we are continuously striving to ensure the centre’s functionality and its technical qualities, which we at SPEC BAU Polska are constructing as part of a design & build contract. We are pleased that the investor Master Management Group has once again entrusted us with the construction of such an exceptional centre, which is to become a fixture of the Silesian retail map,” says Dawid Kliś, president of the management board of SPEC BAU Polska, the general contractor for the project.

The new centre in the Master Management Group portfolio is being created to the firm’s tried and tested concept, which has brough sales success in other cities. It is the combination of a classical shopping centre with a retail passageway and park with exterior entrances to the stores. The tenant mix of Brama Jury is to comprise both well-known retail chains were not previously present in the city as well as local brands, restaurants and cafés, stores with fashion, accessories, shoes, household items, electronics and household appliances. A supermarket and four-screen cinema are also planned. All of this will comprise an area of 16,200 sqm. The centre’s commercialisation has already reached an extremely advanced stage.

“We have a lot of experience when it comes to building up an attractive range of brands in our centres throughout Poland and we have been using the best models for the commercialisation of Brama Jury. This is the first such retail centre in Zawiercie to combine the quick shopping of a retail park with the attractions of a classical shopping centre. We are creating just such a place that is soon to become a well-known and often visited shopping zone for the people of the region,” says Anna Polak, Head of Leasing at Master Management Group
