The center of Łódź is going through a metamorphosis. One of the most interesting projects is Piotrkowska 155, a mixed use complex being developed by Master Management Group. Construction on the project is progressing according to schedule, and completion is planned for Q1 of 2018. Representatives of the company work closely with local authorities and actively participate in the business events in the city. Recently they took part in the Łódź Rediscover conference organized by Eurobuild and Łódź City Authority devoted to trends on the local commercial real estate market and investments in Łódź.
“Office space, services and a hotel situated in one place is a very interesting concept, and attracts demand from tenants. I am therefore convinced that the service mix offered by Hi Piotrkowska 155 will be a factor in the further revitalization of this part of the city” said Adam Pustelnik, acting Director of the Investor and Foreign Relations Department, Łódź City Authority.
Thanks to the various functions of Piotrkowska 155, which is being built at the intersection of Piotrkowska and Mickiewicza Streets, it will enhance the office, commercial and service offer in the center of Łódź. The complex also has the potential to drive tourism in the city – one of its tenants is the Hampton by Hilton hotel. Piotrkowska Street is Europe's longest shopping promenade and one of the main attractions in Łódź. Due to the historic tenement houses in its frontage, the project was agreed with the city's conservation officer.
“We offer a total 25,000 sq. m of office space and commercial space. The concept encompasses shops, cafes, restaurants, a drugstore, a fitness center and medical clinic. The project is defined by its modern architecture, which complements the historic frontage of Piotrkowska Street, accessibility of the street and an interesting offer. In turn, Hampton by Hilton with its conference functions will serve as a magnet for both business and leisure travellers,” – said Justyna Drużyńska-Krystosiak MRICS, Director of Office Operations, Master Management Group.
The design of the complex has been developed in line with BREEAM certification requirements and uses technologies that minimize the impact on the environment. The solutions will ensure high user comfort and will allow tenants to significantly reduce operating costs. Each building and retail and service unit will have a separate entrance, and there will also be a two-storey underground car park for more than 130 vehicles.
"We believe in the huge business potential of Łódź which is a result of such factors as proximity to Warsaw, a large pool of skilled workers and infrastructure investments by local and regional authorities. For this reason, we have located our complex in the city center. We also participate in numerous business events related to Łódź and the local commercial real estate market such as the Łódź Biznes Mikser, organized by the Łódź Chamber of Commerce or the planned 8th Conference of the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) co-organized with the City of Łódź. They offer a chance for many interesting meetings and open up business opportunities” – said Paul Kusmierz, CEO of Master Management Group.
