MMG, the owner and manager of the MMG Centres shopping centre portfolio in eight Polish cities, has revealed some results of its negotiations held at the Shopping Centre Forum 2019 CEE Exhibition & Conference event.
During this year’s fair, tenants had a chance to get acquainted with MMG Centres, including seven prospering retail schemes in Poznań, Szczecin, Lubin, Kutno, Ciechanów, Piekary Śląskie and Józefosław, plus another project under construction – the Brama Jury shopping and entertainment centre in Zawiercie.
“During the fair, we managed to continue discussions with tenants interested in leasing space in Zawiercie. We have successfully completed our negotiations with H&M, which has decided to lease a 1,723 m 2 unit, thus becoming a key tenant in the fashion zone. Many tenants have declared that they will continue their partnership with us and would like to expand their leases to Brama Mazur in Ełk. At this year’s fair, we had the opportunity to present Stara Papiernia for the first time. MMG has been selected as leasing agent for the retail and service space to be built as the centre expands,” says Anna Polak, the head of leasing at MMG.
