- We are delighted that Brama Jury was deemed a valuable project with significance for Zawiercie. The construction permit we have obtained will allow us to continue implementing our long term strategy of creating attractive and profitable commercial projects in small and medium cities. We very much appreciate the support of local authorities and their readiness to discuss the construction of a new shopping and leisure destination in Zawiercie – said Michał Masztakowski, Development Director at Master Management Group. – We have focused on Zawiercie because of the town’s potential. According to our estimates, there are 248,700 residents within a 35 minute drive while the summer months will also bring an influx of tourists. The nearby Economic Activity Zone and rapidly improving road infrastructure mean our investment is well placed for success – added Michał Masztakowski.
- We are happy whenever there is an opportunity for our town to grow further, that is why we are doing our best to attract investment. We believe that Master Management Group’s new project will be a success – said Marcin Wojciechowski, spokesperson for Zawiercie City Hall.
Brama Jury is popular among tenants who are showing an interest in available premises. - We are focusing on convenience and a wide selection of goods and services. All the shops will be situated on the ground floor while the simple layout of the center will be easy to navigate. There will be 450 parking spaces, while the leisure component of the center will offer a four-screen Planet Cinema and other attractions such as restaurants and coffee shops. Families with kids are also a priority – there will be a play area on the floor above the cinema. - said Anna Polak, Head of Leasing at Master Management Group.
